# Shiva Sutras: Meditation Technique To Radiate Love And Attitude Change

## Title:

Meditation Technique to Radiate Love and Attitude Change

## Description:

From the works of Living Enlightenment Master Parmahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken from discourse titled " The Power of Looking", Swamiji answers to a question if love is an important ingredient to the path of enlightenment. Swamiji says, real love when it comes out, you are not even aware you are loving. Your mental setup itself should be created in such a way your actions, your logic itself will be radiating love which is beyond logic. Changing the object is never a solution, changing the attitude is the solution. Real love and bliss will start overflowing in you just by attitude change.
