The main message -- "Bring Light into your Darkness". Yes, it is directly possible to bring light by simply avoiding ignorance and by living in a space where we don't confuse matter and consciousness, where only pure inner space remains. Nithyananda beautifully termed this space as "Unified Field -- Advaita Samrajya, Advaita anubhuti" . This 'Oneness', he elaborated is not some verbal concept, it is a living reality. ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/FueiE00ZjeY?) ## Link to Audio ### Bring Light To Your Darkness- Patanjali Yoga Sutras 76 [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/38-bring-light-to-your-darkness-patanjali-yoga-sutras-76-07-dec-2010?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/paramahamsa-nithyananda-speaks-on-patanjali-yoga-sutra-1-to-85&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) --- Categories: [Patanjali Yoga Sutras](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Category:Patanjali_Yoga_Sutras.md) Source:
