In this clip taken from the discourses titled, "The Power of no Judging & Detach Naturally", Swamiji clearly describes the differences between history and Puranas. History is based on depiction in three dimensions -- Length, breath and depth whereas Puranas describe an additional two dimension, the dimensions of space and time also. This is why historians cannot understand puranas. Puranas are the visual representation of what has happened beyond length, breath and depth. This is why historians always question evry aspect of puranas. In his characteristic ways, Swamiji teaches us that History = Fact (mainly distorted), Puranas = Fact + Truth ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/LxXvP2bF71w?) ## Link to Audio ### History versus Purana [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/ie-2007-11nov-16_history?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Transcription ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/lT4ICv0CHFs?) ## Link to Audio ### Dharma is Still Alive [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/dharma-is-still-alive-1&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/z3dsGhkdcwc?) ## Link to Audio ### Keep our Inner Space Simple in action and in Inaction [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/keep-our-inner-space-simple-in-action-and-in-inaction&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/BJMcBV68BJU?) ## Link to Audio ### Technique and Meditation - Keep Everything out from Your In [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/technique-and-meditation-keep-everything-out-from-your-in&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/iuqm3eaE7GY?) ## Link to Audio ### You Are Not Needed to Run Your Life [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/you-are-not-your-mind&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/O0EOUcOKKbQ?) ## Link to Audio ### Inner Explorations of Vedic Tradition [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/inner-explorations-of-vedic-tradition&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/8a6lIUWYCsY?) ## Link to Audio ### Gradual Spiritual Growth vs Sudden Enlightenment [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/gradual-spiritual-growth-vs?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/g3im2RqRcfE?) ## Link to Audio ### Q and A on Enlightened Beings [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/enlightened?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) --- Categories: [Shiva Sutras](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Category:Shiva_Sutras.md) Source:
