In this clip taken from discourses titled, "Your Senses -- Your Gates to Awareness" and "Alertness -- Your way to your center", In this Shiva Sutra, Mahadeva tells us to be intensely aware when we are involved in our daily activities. He says that while the technique is simple we miss it because we are not always aware that we are seeing through the eyes, we are seeing through the nose, etc. Swamiji tells us that seeing is different and having awareness that you are seeing is different. He says that even if you get away from the awareness, you can always come back to it. He tells us that meditation is te technique to bring you back again and again to your center so that you are constantly refreshed. ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/0e2Bkufd-xo?) ## Link to Audio ### Carry Your Bucket in Your Hand [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/hand-in-your-hand?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/UEFepGzF0WE?) ## Link to Audio ### Do not judge Masters with your logic [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/do-not-judge-masters-with-your?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Transcription --- Categories: [Shiva Sutras](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Category:Shiva_Sutras.md) Source:
