### Let Ganga Flow in You: A Process to Remove Engrams, Himalaya Yatra

In this session during himalayan yatra,Swamiji leads us into a completion process in this video to remove our engrams and their roots. Swamiji says that by doing this we are legitimately to make the path for ganga to flow in ourselves. Engrams are defined as ingrained, or past pain memories that are stored inside of you, which come back up, and distort your decision making capability. Swamiji leads us through a process to cleanse our chakras to let our natural energy flow through the healing calm nature of ganga instead of getting stuck on our engrams.
