Wednesday, 4th Aug 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga - At 5 am, 4 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Phyllis Wee which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sean Neoh.

3) Living Enlightenment Series @7.30pm - This evening we concluded this current chapter - 'Why Meditate?'. A total of 45 online participants attended this session via ZOOM & Facebook Live streaming. They learned about - 1) When to do Meditation?, 2) Common fears about Meditation, 3) Reality as Dream, 4) A meditation technique to meditate on the vast sky to heal all pains and suffering.
