Thursday, 12th Aug 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Nithyananda Yoga morning routine - At 5 am, 4 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Carol Leong which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Ananda Shraddha.

3) Nithya Dhyaan Meditation@ 7.30 pm - Total of 4 participants attended Nithya Dhyaan meditation hosted by Ananda Shraddha. This is a 5-step meditation technique which was designed by HDH Bhagawan Nithyananda Paramshivam to reduce karma and put one in the unclutched space.
