## *Daily Update - PDB + Daily pictures-Temple sevas and enriching activities*

Monday, 5th July 2021 - Today's temple sevas and enriching activity included:

1) Online Nithyananda Yoga - At 5 am, 6 lives were enriched for the daily Yoga spiritual routine of Prathama Vinyasa krama conducted by our yoga acharya, Sri Yogajnanananda.

2) Temple sevas - Today's morning seva was offered by Ma Carol Leong which began with Suprabatham - waking up the deities, offering Paduka puja to Swamiji, Naivedyam puja - offering sacred food to deities , Jnanalaya puja - offering puja to Devi Saraswathi. Finally, palliyarai - putting the deities to sleep - was offered by Sean Neoh.

3) Nithyananda yoga group practice@ 7.30 pm - A total of 3 lives participated the evening Nithyananda Yoga 108 Prathama Vinyasa Krama practice hosted by Sean Neoh.
