We started the session with Guru Puja, followed by Nithyananda Yoga practice of Prathama Vinyasa Krama. Next we entered into the Integrity lesson 13 where kids learned the importance of self completion without carrying any incompletion or powerlessness within self. Kids were told to pen down their incompletions with self or commitment they didn't fulfill themselves especially shared about the disappointment and anger with self when they didn't get good marks in school. The right context was given to these kids to drop the attachment to end results of marks, instead focus on the learning experience and the joy of learning. Lastly, we played with a few powers - 3rd eye blindfold drawing of a deity, remote vision of objects and power of probability with dice. All the kids enjoyed the session! 1. enriching 2. templeseva 3.
