We began the lesson by offering Shri Guru Puja to our beloved Guru, Swamiji in deep gratitude and devotion. After puja, the children were led by Ma YY Loo into 1-hr of Nithyananda Yoga practice, Prathama Vinyasa Krama. They started with a warm-up series focusing on loosening the wrists followed by skeleton dance – which is their favourite part of yoga practice. Next, we proceeded to 1 arm-balancing yogasana and 1 inversion: PARSVA MAYURASANA, KAPALI ASANA. Finally, the kids sat in silence to connect with Lord Ganesha, the Lord of Completion and completed with all ideas of impossibilities. After the completion process, we recapped the Shastra Pramana of 3rd Eye power and entered into the same Advance 3rd eye powers i.e. reading of headings and short paragraph of a book as we did in last week. We are delighted to see more kids were reading of fine print of a paragraph after the completion process. Finally, we closed today’s lesson with poorna mantra! 1. enriching 2. templeseva 3.
