The Mahotsava lasted 3 days, from 30th June to 2nd July '04. The SPH Himself conducted all the Poojas and Homas. The poojas that were conducted are: SatGuru Pooja, Ganapathi Pooja, Pithru Karma, Thrisuparna Homa, Rudra Pooja, Atmasuddhi, Swatharpana, Gyanagni Homa, Vairagya Theksha, Bramacharya Vratanushtana and Pooja to "Guruparampara". The SPH explained the flow and significance of the poojas in both English and Tamil throughout the Mahotsav. It was a historic and eye-opening event for the people who witnessed the programme conducted by the The SPH Himself.
