Meditation and mind are like Indian mother in law and daughter in law. They can't live together happily. It's very rare. Because both possess the same person. The same way your mind also wants your being, meditation also wants your being. Mahamantra Meditation technique is a very powerful method to rejuvenate yourself and maintain a high quality of your inner space. It will heal your body and mind.

𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:  
\1. Sit straight - you may sit on a sofa or chair. If you feel comfortable, please sit on the ground. Sit with your head, neck, and backbone in a straight line.  
\2. Close your eyes, and shut down internal visualization also. You can do this by tensing your eyes for 60 seconds, it will stop all movements in the eyes and reduce the internal visualization.  
\3. Hum as deeply as possible, as loudly as possible as lengthy as possible. Do this intensely just for 20 minutes.  
\4. Sit in a relaxed way for the next 10 minutes. Sit silently.
