Your cognition should decide to live!” Our decision against life is SDHD (self-doubt, self-hatred and self-denial). All decisions against life are rooted in fear and the wrong belief that we will not be able to live. Let us not allow anti-life decisions inside us; no situation can make us powerless. ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/G1QoOgAQodI?) ## Link to Audio ### Change Your DNA with A Decision [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/your-decision?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/isavasya-upanishads&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) " --- Categories: [Ishavasya Upanishads](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Category:Ishavasya_Upanishads.md) Source:
