In this clip taken from discourse titled, Sound The way to Awareness, Swamiji describes the technique from Shiva for those beings who have a sense for music. Swamiji goes on to teach us that all human beings are unique but not equal. It is this sense of equality that forces us to run behind things. It is this comparison that makes us feel that we are not beautiful onto ourselves. Swamiji expounds on the difference between beauty and grace and gives us a simple technique to be comfortable with our own body. He also goes on to describe to us that the feeling of connectedness with the Master allows miracles to happen and also provides space for superconscious experience to happen ## Link to Video: [YouTube video](https://www.youtube.com/embed/Ji0j93bAuDo?) ## Link to Audio ### Integrate Yourself For Superconscious Experience To Happen [SoundCloud audio](https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?url=https://soundcloud.com/nithyananda-radio/copy-of-2007-04april-00-1?in=nithyananda-radio/sets/2007-playlist&auto_play=false&hide_related=false&show_comments=true&show_user=true&show_reposts=false&visual=true) ## Transcription --- Categories: [Shiva Sutras](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Category:Shiva_Sutras.md) Source:
