## Title:

Dream and Reality

## Description:

From the works of Enlightened Master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this talk Nithyananda expounds on Shiva Sutras which are techniques given by Shiva to Devi to directly experience [enlightenment](https://nithyanandapedia.org/wiki/Enlightenment.md). Nithyananda lays out the intellectual basis which asks us whether what we think is reality is a dream or if our dreams are reality. Life is the longest dream, and dream is the shortest life. The very concept of time is created by your mind and is a complete illusion.
