## Title

### Techniques, Techniqueless Techniques & Upanishads

### Description

From the works of living enlightened master Paramahamsa Nithyananda. In this clip taken during Atma SPurana progrm Swamiji clearly talks about the distinctions between various programs offered by the foundation. He humorously goes on to describe the key differences between programs where the the participant has to do the meditaions to others which are techniqueless and then, finally programs that fall into the category of Upanishad -- where just sitting in the prescence of an enlightened being, the alchemy happens. This discourse, titled "Enter the space of eternal" may be purchased online at www.lifeblissgalleria .com
