He wears an orange turban with a jewelled brooch, a saffron-orange robe draped over one shoulder with a gold border, and layered gold beaded necklaces with a large central pendant. A red velvet cushion rests on the throne, and a garland of red, yellow and white flowers hangs behind him against a gold carved backdrop. Long dark hair falls past his shoulders, and a small red mark is on his forehead. The setting suggests a satsang or Inner Awakening programme. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), the speaker on the throne, with saffron robes, turban, long hair and gold ornaments.2012-04-14Close-up photo of bare feet resting on a red velvet cushion atop an ornate gold-leafed throne.
