Photograph of two men outdoors beside a weathered whitewashed wall with an arched doorway and green foliage at left. In the foreground a bare-chested man with long, swept-back, wavy dark hair and an orange shawl smiles broadly, his hand resting on a gold-coloured rim of a decorated red and green ceremonial object. Behind him stands a shaved-headed man in white kurta and orange shawl wearing a rudraksha mala and a pendant, also smiling. Orange and red fabric draped overhead at top right. Distinctive long hair, orange shawl and rudraksha cues suggest a person in the foreground, though appearance is not conclusive.2006-08-21December 23 20082008-12-23Outdoor procession photograph in bright daylight. A smiling man with long dark hair, white tilak on the forehead and a red bindi, wears an orange saffron wrap over bare shoulders and a heavy gold bead necklace with a gold pendant, and reaches toward a man beside him in a white kurta with a patterned texture, who has gold bangles and a hand on his chest. Behind them, several men in orange saffron robes walk under a red and orange canopy with fringed tassels, and a bald man in orange stands among them. Some people wear white tilak marks. The man with the gold necklace has a probable Swamiji (probable) appearance, marked by long swept-back hair, ornate gold beaded necklaces, and saffron clothing, shown during a Brahmotsava procession.2008-12-23December 23 20082008-12-23December 23 20082008-12-23A photograph of an outdoor crowd under a clear blue sky. In the foreground, a long-haired man in an orange-red shawl and a gold-beaded necklace stands turned toward the left, smiling. Beside him, a man in a white shirt wears an orange scarf, and behind them a red umbrella with fringed tassels shades part of the scene. Many onlookers in white, orange and bright blue clothing surround them, including an older woman in a white sari at right. Swamiji (probable) is the long-haired figure in the orange shawl and gold beads, shown as a visible presence within the crowd.2007-02-02Outdoor photograph at a mountain camp with bare winter trees behind. In the centre, a smiling man with long dark swept-back hair wears a cream embroidered ceremonial kurta, a pink and peach flower garland, and a red bindi, holding a folded white towel in his hands. On the right, a smiling man in glasses wears an orange-saffron shawl over white clothing and holds his hands together in greeting. On the left, a bespectacled man in white clothes and a rudraksha-style mala is partly visible. Behind them, a red and orange canopy with embroidered floral motifs and tassels is held up, and other people stand in the background, some in dark jackets.2006-04-01September 10 20062006-09-10Outdoor procession under a red and white fringed canopy with a gold-tipped red pole. Centre, a smiling man wears an orange turban and orange robes with a dark rudraksha mala and a red tilak; long dark hair falls past his shoulders. Beside him, a man in white kurta with a rudraksha mala and glasses smiles. Behind them, a man in a cap and orange shawl holds the pole, a woman in white sari stands at left, and a blue-and-white flag appears at right. Green foliage and yellow flowers stand behind.2006-09-10September 10 20062006-09-10Outdoor photograph of a long-haired man in a saffron-orange sannyasi wrap, with a thick ornate gold necklace of large gold beads and a rudraksha mala, a white sandalwood and red forehead mark, speaking and looking upward. Beside him a man in white kurta holds a tall gold twisted staff, and a bald man in orange wears gold beaded garland on the right. Trees and a pale rock are behind them in daylight. Appearance-based a person identification: the long swept hair, saffron clothing, gold necklace and rudraksha cues are distinctive, and the page indicates he is present.2008-12-23June 21 20122012-06-21
