Through an open gateway with wooden lattice panels, a white stone shrine or pedestal with a tall orange-and-white pole stands in a courtyard framed by palm trees. On the right, a person in white clothing stands near a desk. A saffron-coloured cloth hangs from the left wall, and a blue information board and a small book shelf are visible. Steel railings guide the walkway toward the courtyard.2010-06-05A late-afternoon outdoor view of a temple-like courtyard in reddish earth. A black stone Nandi bull sculpture sits at left beneath tree branches, with the low sun glowing between trees at right. Behind, a long white-roofed open pavilion with white pillars stands, and a few small figures in white clothing move near the pavilion and an open-air stand. Tall white posts line the grounds and a small table or podium sits at right. No clear identification of any individual is made from appearance. Lighting is backlit and soft.2011-10-09Photograph taken through an open doorway with wooden latticed screens, looking out onto an outdoor courtyard of sandy ground ringed by tall coconut palms. A white stepped platform with a tall brown pillar stands in the centre, with a dark deity murti seated on it, draped with garlands. In front of the platform a seated figure in orange robes meditates on a mat. Around them about two dozen people in white clothes with yellow shawls sit cross-legged on circular patterned mats in neat rows. A white-and-red striped raised platform lies in the foreground.2010-07-04A photograph of a circular white-railed viewing platform under a pavilion roof with open arches and green trees beyond. A dark bronze statue of a standing man in a long coat-like garment with a garland stands on a tall pedestal at centre. A small group of people in white and light clothing walk around the railed walkway, including a figure in a red garment and another in white. The pedestal carries a Tamil inscription plaque.2008-07-29Outdoor temple grounds in morning light with reddish-brown earth. In the foreground a dark stone Nandi bull statue sits on a plinth beside a leafy tree. Behind it a row of small black shrines or statues lines a low red-and-white striped border, with a long low roofed building and white pillars beyond, a parked white vehicle and trees. A small table and a brass lamp stand at right. A tall white figure in light clothing stands near the centre, and a person in pink appears at the right edge, but they are small and distant.2011-10-09May 17 20112011-05-17Outdoor temple-precinct scene in morning light at a stone-pillared shrine platform. Large crowd of devotees stands and sits under palm trees. Men in white dhotis and shirts stand at right beside the platform; several saffron-robed sannyasis sit cross-legged on a mat in the center. Two men in dark clothing hold up a decorated orange-and-blue umbrella or canopy at left. On the platform at right are brass ritual vessels, lamps and a garlanded white-draped object. No person is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance; the central seated saffron-clad figures are presented as sannyasis.2006-12-25October 07 20062006-10-07July 08 20102010-07-08
