A golden-faced deity murti seated against a dense semicircular backdrop of marigolds and garlands in yellow, orange, red, purple and white. The figure wears a red-brown and orange ornate robe, a layered gold and jewelled necklace set with red and green stones, and a patterned red and orange turban with a jewelled ornament. A red bindi marks the forehead. The silver-coloured hands are raised in abhaya mudra on the left and rest on the right, with a small orange and gold armlet on the upper arm. This is a decorated statue, not a living person, arranged for a festival or utsava display.2013-12-18December 19 20132013-12-19 +1 copiesDecember 07 20162016-12-07 +1 copiesDecember 23 20162016-12-23December 23 20162016-12-23January 04 20192019-01-04A photograph of a life-sized deity murti of a seated figure with a bronze-brown face, decorated for a procession or festival. It is draped with thick garlands of yellow marigolds, white flowers, red roses and pink rose-bud garlands with gold chain-like strands. Behind it hang orange and gold silk cloths and gold-embossed temple panels. He wears a deep maroon turban with a gold brooch and a white feather, a red-orange shawl over the shoulders, a red-and-gold flower garland, multiple ornate gold bead necklaces, gold armlets and a small red bindi on the forehead. A small lapel microphone is clipped to his chest. Swamiji (probable) is seated in a flower-decorated setting, with his cues being the saffron-toned clothing, the ornate gold necklaces and the turban with its feather, in an in_person satsang-style setting. One person is partly visible at the lower left edge, so the count is one.2013-12-25
