A long rudraksha mala with a large shell-like pendant hangs from the neck. Grey stones and shallow water fill the foreground, with other people's legs in trousers and sneakers visible behind. The setting suggests a river or lake pilgrimage stop, possibly during a Kailash-Manasarovar yatra. Hiking boots are worn.2011-08-03A photograph on a riverbank beside calm water, where a person with long, swept-back dark hair sits on a folded mat wearing an orange zip-up top and orange lower garment with orange gloves. Their palms are open and gesturing outward as if speaking. Scattered marigold petals and flower offerings lie on the stone steps. To the right, a man in white dhoti and shirt with a lanyard stands beside a bag of white packets, and a brass oil lamp is visible at the lower right. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), seated and gesturing in orange clothing with long hair.October 18 20042004-10-18Outdoors on a misty riverbank, a smiling man in an orange turban and orange robe stands with palms pressed together in namaste greeting. He has a red bindi on his forehead, long dark hair falling over his shoulders, and a heavy gold ceremonial necklace with bead-like ornaments. Behind him, several bare-chested men and a man in a white shirt and tan vest wade or stand at the water's edge, some in white and grey shorts. A boy in dark shorts stands at right beside a stone embankment, and trees and a distant pier fade into the fog.
