A seated group of ritual participants, mostly young boys and men, fills a bright hall during a puja. Boys in saffron-orange and maroon robes with white forehead bands and rudraksha malas hold small brass oil lamps and bells. Adult men in orange, maroon and white clothing sit behind them, some with red shawls. Brass plates, a small decorated yantra-style kolam on the floor and offering trays are in front. A water-tank cabinet-style room with red curtains and white doors forms the background. The scene reads as a group pooja with lamps and bells rather than a single leader's address.

A large hall with a red stage backdrop shows a crowd of children, teenagers and adults seated on the floor performing a ritual with lit oil lamps (diyas) in their hands. In the foreground, men in white dhotis with gold borders and some with sacred threads hold brass lamps and a brass vessel, arms extended forward. Behind them, boys in colourful t-shirts and women in saris and salwar kameez also hold small flames. Brass puja plates and oil lamps sit on mats in front of them.

A photograph of a large group seated cross-legged on a tiled hall floor during a devotional gathering. Many attendees, mostly boys and young men in colourful shirts and shorts, sit with palms pressed together in namaskar. Brass plates, small brass lamps, and steel pots holding offerings and flower petals sit on mats in front of them. A saffron-clad figure with a shaved head sits at the front right, and a bare-headed figure in white dhoti clothing sits at the left edge. Women in saris sit in the background, and a large orange bag lies near the bottom right.

Large seated gathering in a hall with rows of devotees in white and saffron clothing, many with hands in anjali mudra. In the foreground a man in an orange-saffron dhoti and shawl with a rudraksha mala sits with palms pressed together, with brass plates, small oil lamps and offering dishes on orange cloths before the group. Shaved-headed men in white dhotis with gold-bordered shawls and white tilak marks on their foreheads sit nearby, and many children and young people fill the background, some with hands folded in prayer.

Many participants hold small lit oil lamps or flames raised toward the front, and brass plates with flowers and offerings sit on the floor. Foreground monks wear saffron and orange robes with shaved heads, and some wear white. Men in white kurtas with rudraksha malas, boys in colourful shirts, and women in saris and salwar kameez fill the rows.

A photograph inside a marble-floored hall during a group puja. In the foreground, several men in white dhotis with gold borders sit cross-legged on mats, palms pressed together or hands moving over brass trays of offerings, small oil lamps and brass kalasha-style vessels. Behind them a seated audience of many young boys and men, some in shirts, some in white, sits in prayer posture, with red chairs lining the back of the hall. A few men at the rear sit upright with hands folded. Brass lamps, plates of fruit and sweets, and plastic containers sit on the floor. No readable name or person is identified; ritual participants are described by role only.
