Three men sit around a spread of banana leaves holding fruit, flower garlands, small bowls, oil lamps, rice, bananas and a kalasha-style offering. The man on the left wears glasses, a white dhoti and a striped shawl with rudraksha beads. The man in the centre, bare-chested with a white dhoti and a flower garland, sits with palms pressed together before a square stone yantra-like basin. The man on the right, bare-chested with a saffron cloth, sits with hands joined and a hair knot. A wooden carved box draped in white flower garlands sits at top left, and a gold-framed object appears at upper right. The scene reads as a rudra abhishekam ritual setting.
