A large night crowd of seated devotees fills an open-air event ground, packed closely behind a low white barrier cloth in the foreground. Most wear white shirts and dhotis or saris, with some in orange, pink and purple garments and a few women with head coverings. A tall metal lighting frame stands at left, a palm tree wrapped in string lights is at centre, and strings of small pennant flags and bulbs run across the top. Stage or banner structures are faintly visible in the background. No individual can be distinctly identified as a person in this crowd view.
