Devotees line up in a plain room to honour a seated figure on an ornate gold throne with red cushions. The seated person wears a saffron-orange robe and a long white-and-purple garland, with hair falling to the shoulders; the figure's appearance does not clearly confirm the page's claim, so this is a role-based description. A man in a white-and-pink striped shirt and khaki trousers bends forward offering a white cloth. An elderly man in white, a woman in an orange sari, a woman in a white sari with green blouse and a woman in a white sari with teal blouse stand waiting with folded hands. Flower petals rest on the red footstool and a marigold garland lies on the throne. Several people are visible, and a child sits at the lower right.
