A street procession in a city. A man in a white shirt and white trousers holds a lit torch aloft, its flame rising above a metal shaft wrapped in foil. Beside him a man in white carries an orange flag with a dark circular emblem on a wooden pole, and a man in white with a white forehead mark wears a dark beaded mala. Another man on the right in a white striped shirt looks downward. Behind them shopfronts and a large blue billboard showing two smiling children are visible, and a white-shirted person stands in the left foreground. Text on the billboard and shop signs is partly visible.
