A large crowd at night fills a brightly lit outdoor ground during a festival procession. Many people in white and pale clothes, some with orange or green scarves and white head wraps, mill close together. Above them, several red and orange umbrellas strung with lights are held aloft, and an ornate illuminated float or chariot with a tall golden tower stands at left. Strings of coloured lights and lamp-lit structures line the background under a dark sky.
