Outdoor photo of a crowd gathered around a decorated ceremonial chariot in a dusty open yard in front of a long orange-brick building with a corrugated roof. The chariot has a golden canopy and a yellow-and-orange ornamental frame with bright fringed decorations, and a figure sits in its center. Many people in white ritual clothes, saris in yellow, orange, red and blue, and casual wear surround it, some holding up arms and raising hands. A white van with graphics stands at left and a tree rises behind the building under a clear blue sky. Visible people are numerous, so the count is in the 100+ range.
