A small diesel generator on a wheeled cart sits in the foreground on the right. Rows of small bamboo stakes and a long string of orange and white pennants stretch across the sky. A tall vertical banner with a red and yellow design stands in the background near palm trees. No people are clearly visible; the scene shows setup for an outdoor program.
