Holi celebration outdoors near a concrete block wall and palm trees. A crowd of many people, mostly in white or light clothing, surrounds a central figure seated on a white platform in a saffron-orange robe with long dark hair, a probable Swamiji by visible cues: long swept hair and saffron clothing. He is seated behind a large dark stone vessel of coloured powder, with bowls of orange and magenta colour and buckets of red-brown liquid. Several people, some splashed with colour, reach in and throw coloured powder and water. Vehicles and a white van are visible beyond the wall.
