Outdoor ritual gathering under a pandal with marigold garlands strung across the top. In the foreground a bare-chested man in a yellow dhoti with a green-and-maroon border stands with palms raised in gesture, facing another bare-chested man in a yellow-and-blue dhoti who bends forward holding a woven basket of offerings and leaves. Behind them seated devotees in saffron and orange robes, a man in white with a white cloth on his head, and a dense crowd of onlookers fill the frame.
