A photograph of a decorated festival arch under a red-tinted roof at night. A tall cylindrical floral decoration of white, red, purple and yellow flowers hangs from a rope, with bunches of green bananas tied to a pole at left. Strings of small lights run across the ceiling and white statues of figures stand on pedestals at right, one in a white dhoti-like pose with garlands. Garlands of green leaves hang on the posts. The scene suggests a welcome arch with a poorna kumbha-style floral display.
