An outdoor set on a paved ground with a red-covered platform holding an ornate gold throne carved with floral scrollwork and lattice panels. A seated figure on the throne wears saffron-orange robes and a saffron head covering, with red cushions on either side. In the foreground, a man in a white dhoti with a gold border stands with his back to the camera, holding a lavender umbrella and steadying a tripod-mounted video camera. Gold-painted framework structures and a parked white truck appear in the background under a cloudy sky. The throne figure is a seated person in an appearance-based candidate's position but with uncertain identity, so the a person field is unsure.
