Outdoor street scene during a rainy day in a town, with people crowded along a wet road. A white van with a framed portrait on its windshield moves past, and a man in a white shirt stands beside it. Many people gather close together, including women in colourful saris and salwar, an elderly man in a white cap, and a young man in an orange-stoled garment near a bright flame held up in the crowd. Several people hold up umbrellas. Bricks are stacked by the roadside, a sand heap sits behind them, and houses with a thatched roof line the street. A small child in purple stands in the lower centre. The scene appears to be a ratha yatra procession moment with devotees pressing toward a blessing.
