Outdoor street scene in Tamil Nadu with a crowd gathered in front of a large yellow-orange banner. The banner shows two painted portrait figures, one wearing a red and gold turban and orange robe with raised hand, and carries Tamil text and the date 04.07.2014. Several men in saffron-orange dhoti cloths stand in the road, some bare-chested with orange garments, while others wear white shirts and white dhotis. A man in white stands with a drum, and a few men wear white ritual attire. Behind them is a decorated tent with colourful striped canopy, a green banana-leaf arch, a tiled-roof house and a white van with a glass cabinet.
