A photograph inside a temple shrine at night-time lighting, with smoke haze in the air. A man in saffron-orange robes and a white-and-purple floral garland stands at left, holding a lit flame in a lamp while performing an aarti before a pair of deity murtis draped with yellow and orange garlands. Two attendants in white stand nearby; one holds a tall trident. A decorated brass lamp, small offering pots, a kalasha with a red-wrapped top and brass vessels sit on the stone platform in front of the murtis. The setting suggests a vilakku puja with oil lamps.
