A crowd of many people gathered outdoors on a dirt ground for a Holi celebration, with colored powder staining clothes and skin in pink, blue, green and purple. A man in the centre wears a saffron-orange robe and has long dark hair, standing above the crowd with one hand raised near his head; he appears to be a sannyasi, and the appearance-based candidate is uncertain. Around him, devotees in white kurtas and dhotis, women in saris and salwars, and a woman holding a child in a yellow sari stand close together. Motorcycles and a car are visible in the background, and small white and red pillars line the ground.

A dense crowd of many people, mostly adults and some children, stands and dances, their white and pale clothes splashed with pink, red, orange and purple powder. A tall wooden pole stands at the centre. A man in a saffron-orange wrap and long swept-back hair stands near the middle, with another man in a dark blue kurta beside him; the orange-robed figure's appearance matches the page's reference to a person, but the match is not certain. Parked vehicles and spectators in white line the back of the courtyard, and a blue sign hangs on a pole at left.2008-03-22March 22 20082008-03-22March 22 20082008-03-22A crowd celebrates Holi outdoors, with many people covered in coloured powder in pink, red, yellow and blue. At centre, a man with long swept-back dark hair wears a saffron-orange robe over his shoulder and bare chest, appearing to dance among the crowd; the adornment and clothing cues are consistent with Swamiji (probable). Around him devotees in white shirts and dhotis, women in colourful saris and salwar kameez with coloured scarves, and a wooden pole and a parked motorbike in the background. Many people are smeared with colour on faces and clothes.2008-03-22March 22 20082008-03-22March 22 20082008-03-22March 22 20082008-03-22
