Night photograph of an outdoor procession. In the right foreground a shaved-headed man in an orange-red garment looks toward a tall torch whose flame rises to the left. Behind it, a lit illuminated deity murti of a multi-armed goddess with a crown is displayed on a decorated float beneath dark trees. Several people in white dhotis and shawls, some holding umbrellas, stand in the dim background. The figure in the foreground wears a dark garland or mala around his neck and does not show distinctive a person cues, so identity is uncertain.
