A photograph of a white temple structure topped by a white dome-like finial under construction, with bamboo scaffolding and a metal stepladder around it. Two workers in light clothing stand on the scaffold, one lifting a tall pole or ceremonial item upward. Marigold garlands in orange and yellow hang down the glass-panelled white facade. In the foreground, three people stand with their backs to the camera watching: a man in a white shirt with grey hair, a man with long dark hair in a saffron-orange top, and a woman in an orange top with long curly hair. A camera operator is visible at the right edge. Trees and an overcast sky form the background.
