A relief distribution on a dirt road beside palm and banana trees. A green-slatted truck with an orange banner printed with a man's portrait and text is parked at the right. Men in white shirts and a white-capped worker stand in the truck bed handing out steel pots and vessels. A crowd of children and adults, including girls in pink and red, a boy in a yellow shirt and a man in a yellow shirt, gathers around the tailgate to receive food. The banner's portrait is printed, not a physical person; the visible physical people are relief volunteers and villagers.
