A photograph of a seated man in orange and red clothing with a yellow headband and a long white and yellow flower garland, speaking into a black handheld microphone while seated on a red-and-orange cushioned seat with white cloth. In front of him on a striped red, blue and yellow mat are a banana leaf holding white rice and a small yellow item, and a large steel plate of yellow rice. Behind him a woman in white with an orange shawl sits on the floor, and musicians with drums sit in the background. A white fan and white cloth-covered tables are visible at the edges of a hall with a yellow floor marking. The man has long dark hair and a yellow headband with a garland, which is consistent with a presiding teacher but is not a confirmed identification.

He holds a large steel plate of rice and fried food, serving from it onto a banana leaf. Behind him, other people in orange and white clothes sit on the floor; one woman in orange sits at the back, and a plate of flower petals and a tray of fruit sit on the floor.
