Photograph of a row of seated people on sandy ground in front of white and grey canvas tents at a Kumbh Mela camp, apparently waiting for a meal. Their leaf plates are laid out in front of them and a steel container sits at the left edge. Several men wear turbans, including an orange one and a red-and-white one. One man in a yellow checked shirt and another in a dark jacket with a small emblem are prominent, and an older woman in a green and purple sari with a grey shawl sits among them. Red and white striped fabric and red floral cloth hang from a pole behind them.
