A large hall filled with seated devotees performing a group pada puja ritual. Many women wear saffron-orange saris and red-brown or orange garments, with rudraksha malas and some with white headbands, sitting on mats in rows. Several hold small brass plates with oil lamps, flowers and offerings, and one woman in a white sari sits with palms pressed together. Pink-red and green patterned saris appear among the rows. Behind them stand an ornate golden canopy with a square-patterned yellow and gold backdrop, a stage, and walls hung with framed pictures and orange curtains. The space is brightly lit with ceiling fixtures and a crowd of roughly thirty to forty visible participants.
