Construction site photograph of a concrete block building under erection, with blue metal scaffolding on both sides and sandy ground strewn with cinder blocks. A man in a white shirt and checked head cloth carries a large wooden board or formwork panel over his shoulder on the right. Beside him, two men stand near the wall: one in a teal shirt and dark trousers, a second in an orange shirt with a light green shawl draped over his shoulder, and a third in a red cap partly visible behind. Brick-red windows of neighbouring buildings show in the background.
