A photograph of a crowded outdoor public darshan under a corrugated metal roof supported by wooden beams, with a bare hanging light bulb. Many devotees stand and sit closely packed in the foreground, mostly women in cotton saris and men in white shirts and dhotis. A group of men in white clothing stands on a raised platform at centre, one in a light blue-and-white shirt. Banana leaves and a palm-thatch canopy frame the scene, with a small red garland visible on the right wall. Woodwork, plain walls and tree foliage complete the setting.
