A free medical camp scene in a plain room with cream walls and a white door. A doctor in a white coat with a stethoscope around his neck, wearing glasses, sits at a white-covered table and holds a small card or paper while examining a child's hand. A framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" hangs on the left wall, showing a seated figure in white robes on an ornate golden throne against a dark green backdrop. Around the table, a woman in a green blouse and a boy in a dark blue checked shirt with a beaded necklace stand close, a standing man in a white shirt looks on, and a woman in a red and orange patterned sari with bangles holds her hand to her mouth. A girl in yellow sits in the foreground, and a small child is partly visible at the right edge.

A free medical camp held indoors in a hall with cream walls and a red floor mat. A seated older man in a white shirt and glasses, wearing a wristwatch, writes on paperwork at a blue table while a woman in a red saree with a long braid sits in front of him with a blood-pressure cuff and medical equipment. Behind them a row of children and a girl in a blue top stand near the table, and several men in shirts move about near tables of supplies and boxes. On the back wall hangs a dark green cloth with a framed devotional picture of a deity murti on a small draped table. A man in a striped shirt sits at the far right edge. Several people are visible in the room, and no one is identified as a person.
