Outdoor construction site on open dusty ground. In the foreground, large uprooted tree stumps and cut logs lie in a heap beside a rusty bucket of an excavator. Behind them a small concrete block shelter with a red corrugated roof stands near a black water tank. Stacks of grey cut stone blocks and concrete pipes are scattered across the site, and a tractor pulls a trailer in the distance. Several workers in light clothing stand at the right beside a tractor trailer loaded with rubble. A large white building under construction with scaffolding rises on a distant rise under a pale hazy sky.
