Outdoor relief distribution in a storm-damaged area with fallen palm fronds and debris behind. A woman in a blue-and-white sari with a long braid stands at a folding table, facing a seated man in a white shirt and white dhoti with a white hairnet. Beside them a woman in a green-and-orange sari receives a yellow packet. Behind the table, volunteers in white clothes and green head caps work at steel vessels and a blue oil drum, with a man in an orange shirt seated at the table. Plastic chairs and orange and green seats are scattered on bare ground.
