A ritual scene at a golden throne decorated with garlands of yellow, orange and purple flowers. A man in a maroon-red turban and maroon robe with a gold border stands center, wearing a red flower garland, a rudraksha-style beaded mala and a gold ceremonial pendant, his hands pressed to his chest. To the left, a bald priest in a maroon dhoti with gold trim holds a silver trident-topped staff and reaches toward a flame in a lamp on the altar. A silver staff with a trident head and a brass vessel stand nearby, with a gold-framed ornamental umbrella above and an orange cloth edge at the right. Attendees are visible in the background.2015-10-21October 22 20152015-10-22 +1 copiesJuly 06 20152015-07-06May 26 20152015-05-26 +1 copiesA seated figure in orange-saffron robes, wearing a rust-orange turban, a long red and white flower garland and layered gold necklaces, sits on an ornate golden throne with a carved golden lion at its side and a flower-decorated backdrop of yellow, red, white and orange blossoms. In the foreground, a bare-chested priest in a yellow shawl and white dhoti, with a red-orange turban and a red-beaded mala, holds a ritual object over a lit flame on a fire stand beside a silver trident. Silver ceremonial umbrella-like ornaments and a chandelier frame the scene. Swamiji (probable) is the seated figure on the throne, with the saffron robes, turban, garland and gold necklaces as the qualifying cues.2015-07-13July 13 20152015-07-13A seated man in a maroon and rust-coloured turban and matching saffron-brown cloth sits on an ornate brown throne with a gold leaf-patterned arch. He wears layered red and white flower garlands with a gold-bead necklace, gold bangles on both arms, and holds a silver trident staff upright in his right hand. Behind him a large backdrop shows a stone temple with green foliage. A dark-haired figure in orange appears partly at the left edge. The appearance-based label is Swamiji (probable): the turban, saffron-toned clothing, garlands and trident mark him as the presiding figure at this satsang, seated on a throne. Other people in the foreground are only partly visible. A decorative logo appears at upper left.2013-12-08 +1 copiesA ceremonial honour at a stage with ornate gilded pillars and a decorated throne canopy. A man in a red-brown turban and red-brown robe with gold borders, bare-shouldered, drapes a bright orange shawl over the shoulders of an older robed figure in orange silk with a dark rudraksha mala. To the left, two shaven-headed priests in red-brown and gold dhotis wear white and orange garlands and stand near a tray of orange cloth. Behind them a seated attendant in red-brown garments bows low, and an ornate leopard-print seat is visible at lower right. Overhead hangs a multicoloured fringed canopy.2015-09-15 +1 copiesMay 26 20152015-05-26 +1 copiesA photograph of a ritual blessing in a richly decorated hall. A figure in a rust-red turban, bare-shouldered with an orange-gold cloth, rudraksha-style beaded necklaces and gold bangles, places his right palm on the forehead of an older bald man in a white shirt with a red-orange shawl, who stands with palms pressed together in namaste. Behind them stands a gilded throne-like backdrop with gold ornaments and a golden staff, and garlanded red and green fabric. Two more people in white clothing with orange shawls stand at the right, one holding papers. The turbaned figure is a person, identified by his distinctive turban, bare upper body and beaded necklaces, and is shown in person giving blessing.2015-10-24A photo of a ceremony on a golden palanquin-style throne decorated with yellow and orange marigold garlands and golden lion figures. A seated figure in an orange-red turban and matching robes, with a red-and-gold garland and folded hands, sits centred on the throne under a decorated canopy. To the left, a standing attendant in an orange-red turban and dhoti holds a brass oil lamp (aarti lamp) with a flame on a tray in one hand and a handbell in the other. Golden trident-topped staffs and fringed umbrellas frame the scene under leafy trees. Two people are visible; the seated figure's appearance does not clearly establish identity.2015-07-06July 09 20152015-07-09 +2 copies
