In the right foreground, a figure in an orange-saffron robe and an orange turban sits with long curly hair, wearing a white garland with pink flowers and a rudraksha-style necklace; a wooden staff rests near them, and the appearance matches the a person cues of orange-saffron clothing, turban and garlands, so the presence is uncertain. Facing this figure, a woman in white with a gold-bordered sari and a white flower in her hair presses her palms together in namaste, while another older woman in white with a gold-bordered sari and a light blue sari beside her also show devotion. Behind them, men in white shirts and a bearded man in white with a rudraksha mala stand with hands folded, and a toddler in orange stands among the crowd. Strings of lights and a dark sky frame the scene.

In the foreground, a bare-chested priest with long dark hair and a yellow-and-red marigold garland stands with his back toward the camera, facing a second priest in rust-red dhoti at right who holds a brass tray of flowers and offerings. A woman in white sari and a woman in saffron-orange sari also join hands in prayer, while a man in teal kurta and rudraksha mala watches from behind. The scene suggests a puja or aarti offering.
